So I have been praying for Christian friends in this area. God is so good and has answered my prayers over and over again. I have been really blessed to have my friend Jamie here. She lived in Korea with us and moved here in August. I have been praying for God to continue to bless me and He has heard my cry and provided me with a new neighbor. On New Years Eve we had a knock on our door. It was our new neighbor needing some help. As it turns out they are Christians and so nice! I am looking forward to getting to know them. Not only that but Moriah got a new friend this week and with her new friend came some of our old friends from Korea.
When we lived in Korea we were friends with Kenny and Nicole. They had a little girl, Faith, in June and just moved here this week. It has been fun hanging out with them again and having our little girls meet. I am so excited to have them here. Praise the Lord for being such an amazing provider.
Wow- what a PRAISE!! Honestly, I have really been struggling with that. I still do not have close girlfriends here in NC and it is getting so hard. I have also been crying out and desiring those relationships. I decided to start looking for a Bible study/ mom's group outside of my church...we'll see if something comes along. Please pray for both Brent and I in this rough spot.
